Kym
Owner & Senior Support Coordinator
Hi, I’m Kymberley, the owner of MIM Supports — an Australian Army Veteran, experienced Senior Support Coordinator, and proud mum to my daughter, Macy, who lives with Cerebral Palsy.
Macy’s journey began with a Congenital Heart Defect and a long, seven-month hospital admission, during which she developed an Acquired Brain Injury. This experience changed my life and inspired the creation of MIM Supports — a service dedicated to helping families navigate the NDIS, particularly in the early childhood intervention space.
I understand first-hand how overwhelming and isolating it can feel to manage complex medical and therapy needs, juggle NDIS funding, and advocate for your child’s supports. That’s where my team and I come in — to listen, guide, and walk beside families every step of the way.
Vicky
Senior Support Coordinator
Hi, I’m Vicky! I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the MIM Supports team as a Support Coordinator for the past two years.
I bring 17 years of experience as a Registered Paediatric Nurse and over 5 years as a parent carer to my little miracle, Teddy — a bright and cheeky 5-year-old boy with Cerebral Palsy. Becoming his mum gave me valuable insight into the NDIS from a participant’s perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges families face when trying to access the right supports and therapies during what can be an overwhelming time.
Originally from England, I made Australia my home in 2010 and now live in beautiful Brisbane. I love spending time outdoors, connecting with friends from around the world, and enjoying the company of my loyal furry friend Bailey, my 13-year-old Lab cross (and self-proclaimed first baby).
I’m passionate about helping families feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their NDIS journey. At MIM Supports, no question is ever a silly question — I’m here to understand, support, and collaborate with you to find the services and connections that best meet your family’s needs.
Isabella
Support Coordinator
Originally from Brazil, I’ve called Australia home since 2006. I’m happily married and a proud mum to two amazing boys, aged 10 and 4. My eldest son, Tyler, has been an NDIS participant since the age of four. Supporting him through his journey with ASD Level 2 and ADHD—without extended family nearby—has taught me resilience, patience, and determination. These experiences have shaped who I am today and fuel my passion for helping other families navigate the NDIS with confidence.
I bring lived experience, empathy, and a deep understanding of the challenges families face to my role at MIM Supports. My goal is to ensure participants receive the support they need and deserve, while empowering them to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, I love the outdoors—hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and spending time at the beach, my happy place. Family time is everything to me, but I also make time for my favourite hobby: pickleball.
Before joining MIM Supports, I worked for four years as a disability support worker, providing one-on-one care to adults living with spinal injuries. That experience inspired me to transition into Support Coordination, where I could use my advocacy skills and person-centred approach to make a broader impact.
I look forward to working with you and helping you find balance, confidence, and the right support for yourself and your loved ones.
Brielle
Support Coordinator
I hold qualifications in sociology and youth support, and I’m currently pursuing a Master of Teaching. My career has been centred around supporting young people and families, with experience across education, learning support, social and community services, and the out‑of‑home care sector - giving me a broad understanding of the systems, challenges, and opportunities that shape their lives.
My work is also deeply personal. I grew up with a sibling with disability, and I am now the full‑time carer for my son, who has a complex disability. These experiences have shaped not only my understanding of the support landscape but also my commitment to walking alongside families with empathy, clarity, and genuine respect.
I’m passionate about empowering families to access the supports that truly fit their needs. I believe that people with disabilities — and the carers who support them — deserve to live large, fulfilling lives, and that the right supports make this possible.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and friends, getting lost in a good book, and hanging out with my dog.
